Privacypolicy.

A plain-language explanation of what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated 21 October 2026

The short version

  • No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
  • We only receive what you choose to email us.
  • We never sell your information.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time.

01Who we are

Fourth Systems is an AI automation, brand development and website design studio run by Ayodeji Kayode Solomon. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy and, where privacy law uses the term, we act as the “controller” of it.

You can reach us at ayodejioluwakayode803@gmail.com.

02What we collect

This website is intentionally simple. It has no accounts, no contact form and no comment system.

  • What you send us. If you email us, or book a call, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share, such as your name, your business, what you would like help with and any files you attach.
  • Technical data processed by our host. When you load a page, our hosting provider handles standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, device, the page requested and the time. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
  • One item of browser storage. To avoid replaying the intro animation, the site stores a single flag called fs-intro in your browser's session storage. It holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.

03Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies, and at the time of writing we do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or session-recording tools. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading them does not send your data to a font provider.

If we add analytics or any other tracking in future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

04How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
  • To scope, quote for and deliver work you ask us to do, and to manage our relationship with you.
  • To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

06Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as needed:

  • Our website host, which serves the site and processes the technical data described above.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages you send us.
  • A scheduling provider, if you book through an external booking page. In that case you give your details to that provider, and its own privacy policy applies.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where we can choose, we work with providers that apply appropriate safeguards to international transfers.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and project correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver work and keep sensible business records, and for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict or stop certain uses of it, and object to uses based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive the information you gave us in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email ayodejioluwakayode803@gmail.com. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

09Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers and sensible access controls to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as payment card or government ID numbers, by email.

11Children

Our services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and we will make any significant changes clear on the site.

13Contact us
